All products her will come with my "Standard Warranty". The limits here are 1 year, loss, theft, and one time only. As long as you have your original ring and I recieve it, I will replace it one time in the first year regardless of what happened to it. I stand behind my products as they are tough and they will stand up to regular use, especially if you follow my care guide. I personnally wear my own rings 24/7 and I neglect them with laborous work and lazy maintenence. I can easily get 1 year out of my rings with serious neglect. If you follow my care guide you can expect a lifetime out of my rings especially my antler rings.
Alternately, if you purchase my "Unlimited Waranty" add on with your ring, you don't have to worry about anything! I will replace your ring no matter what happens. There are no limits! Think of it as a lifetime subscribtion where the expiration date is my death, Unless someone takes over one day.
All rings will come with a very limited standard lifetime warranty. This covers defects only that lead to cracks. Sometimes cracks form over time, usually starting from one edge, due to a defect in the material that I didn't remove. Once a crack forms in a horn ring it will continue to grow until it goes all the way across esentially turning your ring into an open ended one. Horns, more so than bone, are prone to cracking if there is a defect somewhere that I did not fully remove or just could not see at the time. I like to retain the color and character within the ring without leaving behind anything that may result in a cracking point. For bone/antler it is far more rare and unlikely to happen but when it happens it is at a much faster rate (within a day or even hours to fully cross where on horn it can take weeks). If it cracks and I can see and confirm it was a defect that caused it then I will take it under warranty. Please contact me as soon as you notice a small crack to get your replacement. Plus I'd like your damaged ring back for R&D purposes.
The other way cracks are caused is by blunt force or neglect leading to dryness. This is not covered under warranty unless it is in the first year or your have the unlimited warranty. While my rings are very strong and can handle daily use they will still break under enough force or enough neglect. See my "care guide" page for info on caring for your horn or bone ring. Again, the standard lifetime warranty covers defects only. It is up to you to take care of the ring.
I do, however, offer a refinishing service ($35) to make your ring look new again. You can purchase this service here too. Once I recieve your ring I will make it look new again. I can repair most scratches and dullness. Due to the nature of horn and bone I can not correct deformation or discoloring.
